Kajsa Stenstrom

Kajsa Stenström is the managing director of Stenström Consulting. She enjoys being in many different policy sectors. Her passion is the nitty-gritty of law-making, which is why she has been named by “Best in Brussels” as one of the city’s best consultants. A Swedish national she has called Brussels her home for over 20 years.

Our Team

Graham Kelly

Graham joined Stenström Consulting in 2022 from the United States. He brings us a transatlantic perspective after nearly a decade of experience in the turbulent world of American politics. Including time as a Legislative Director in the U.S. House of Representatives. Graham specialises in security and energy policy while supporting the firm in whatever other way is needed.

Graham earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee and has a Master’s in International Relations from Syracuse University. Despite being American he is working on improving his French.

Tetiana Kupisovska

Tetiana is a European Union Policy Advisor at Stenström Consulting. She is responsible for policy monitoring in the sectors of energy, trade and financial services, as well as business development and high-level stakeholder coordination. Her professional experience includes working on electoral reform and democratic governance at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems in Ukraine. She has also worked as a communications expert in the implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement at the EU-funded project “Association4U” and has been in charge of project management at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She has a Master’s degree in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe, as well as a Master’s in Political Science from the University of Bordeaux in France. She is a Ukrainian national and is fluent in English, French, and Ukrainian languages.

Olga Jerjomina

Olga became a member of the Stenström Consulting team in January 2023. Her policy specialisation involves public health, technology, and foreign affairs. Being a Latvian national, she has a deep interest in the political and economic agenda of the Baltic States and Eastern Europe. In the past, Olga worked as a research assistant on multiple projects funded by the European Research Council.

Olga obtained her Bachelor's degree in International Relations at MGIMO University and her Masters of Political Science from Leiden University. She is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Latvian.

Andrea Sakka

Andrea joined Stenstrom Consulting in January 2023. She has more than 10 years of work experience in both public and private Universities in Cyprus and specialises in managing projects funded by different Erasmus+ actions (e.g. the KA103 Erasmus European Mobility Program). Holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, her interests include, among others, financial services policies, SMEs and data protection.

Andrea is currently working on her Master’s in EU Public Affairs and Communication.
